Buckso has been a TV and big screen Actor for just over a decade now. Appearing mainly in TV and Film, Buckso also had a year on the Westend playing Auntie-ji, in the stage adaptation of the much-loved film, Bend it like Beckham, back in 2015. TV Credits for 2020 will see her appear in Silent Witness, the eagerly anticipated, Last Tango in Halifax alongside British independent film Zebra Girl and Dutch film SOOF3. Her most memorable work to date she feels has to be the 2019 blockbuster smash hit, live action movie Aladdin, in which she starred alongside Will Smith, immortalising her vocals for the 2nd time, on a musical album (the 1st being Bend it like Beckham musical)
Based in the Midlands, Buckso enjoys the fact that she is so accessible to both Manchester and London, not to mention a stone’s throw from Birmingham.
Her ability to do a broad range of accents gives Buckso a varied skillset, whilst her natural soft midlands voice is strong, reassuring with husky, velvety undertones.
